Baked Red Bean Coconut Cake (Chinese New Year)

The appearance of this red bean and coconut cake is a bit chewy, but soft and fluffy to mix easily. The taste is very sweet. I especially like sharp edges. This coconut cake is served hot or hot directly from the oven.


During Chinese New Year, we have many different cakes (gao). Yes, without all the traditional desserts, radish cake, aka kek yum , gluten rice cake and watermelon chest cake you can not celebrate.

In addition to all these irreplaceable cakes, I love this baked coconut cake.
