Chinese Tea Eggs (茶葉蛋)

Chinese tea leaves, which are usually served during Chinese New Year holidays, are very easy to prepare. Simply boil a few hard-boiled eggs and place them in a tea marinade. After a few hours, you can enjoy a delicious and tasty egg for tea.

Chinese tea is good for cleansing our digestive system. We often want to drink a cup of Chinese tea after a meal. Sometimes I use Chinese tea to brew.
