Chicken in Black Bean Sauce

This chicken with black bean broth is very popular in my past in Hong Kong. The chicken is cooked in black beans, from time to time, to keep it tender.


There is sufficient cooking time, so the meat is not overcooked, but very tender and moist with the aroma of black beans chopped into soup and chicken.
